From Potential to Participation: The Peregrine Programme (2027 Applications Now Open)
We are proud to share the 2026 Peregrine Ventures cohort, a group of leaders gathered in Oxford for an immersive experience focused on ethical leadership in a complex world.
The Peregrine Programme brings together individuals across sectors who recognize that today’s challenges require more than technical expertise. They require deeper clarity around purpose, responsibility, and the values that shape decision making.
Over the course of the week, participants step outside the pace of daily work to engage in rigorous reflection, dialogue, and learning. Through Oxford’s tutorial model and conversations with leading scholars, the programme creates space to examine not just what we are building, but how and why we lead. From across industries and contexts, this year’s cohort reflects a shared commitment to thoughtful leadership and a willingness to engage the harder questions that define this moment.
What participants have said:
“Life Changing.”
“A powerful framework for leading with purpose and integrity.”
A Different Model for Leadership Formation
The Peregrine Programme is built on the belief that leadership is not only about strategy or execution, but about formation. It centers on the idea that how we lead is shaped by what we value, what we prioritize, and ultimately what we love.
Rather than focusing on tools or frameworks alone, Peregrine engages participants in deeper reflection on ethical decision making. Through a combination of academic study, small group dialogue, and real world application, leaders are challenged to examine the assumptions and motivations that guide their choices.
The Oxford setting is intentional. It offers both intellectual rigor and distance from the immediacy of day to day responsibilities, allowing participants to think more clearly and engage more fully. This approach recognizes that many of the most pressing challenges leaders face are not purely technical. They are ethical. They require discernment, humility, and the ability to navigate complexity without easy answers.
Peregrine Ventures creates space for that kind of work, equipping leaders not just to act, but to act with intention and integrity.
What participants have said:
“An experience that challenges and reshapes how you lead.”
“More than a course—it’s a shift in how you see your work.”
Beyond Oxford
Peregrin Ethics do not end when the week in Oxford concludes.
As leaders return to their organizations, the impact of the programme is carried forward in the decisions they make, the cultures they shape, and the systems they influence. At a time when leadership is often defined by speed and scale, Peregrine offers a different path. One grounded in clarity, responsibility, and a commitment to aligning values with action.
The 2026 cohort now steps back into their work with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of what it means to lead well.
“Come with a blank slate. Leave with clarity and conviction.”
