Leadership Formation
Come to Oxford
One cohort a year. Three days in Oxford, taught tutorial-style by senior Oxford faculty, and a framework for leading with clarity and conviction long after you leave. Registration for the 2027 Programme is open.
Peregrine Ventures is a leadership formation program made possible by Access Ventures. Rooted in Augustine’s vision of rightly ordered desire, Peregrine supports leaders facing complexity with clarity, courage, and conscience.
The conviction underneath it is simple: how we lead is shaped by what we value, what we prioritize, and ultimately what we love. Peregrine calls this ethics as formation.
Not a compliance seminar. A pilgrimage.
