On this episode of More Than Profit, Bryce talked with Marcus Stubbs, an ambassador of the Know Homelessness campaign amongst many other things. Marcus previously experienced homelessness and now is studying to get his Ph.D. in education and social change, working to help homeless youth.
Marcus and Bryce talk about the myths that surround homelessness and how those can paint a very false picture of individuals who experience homelessness. Having experienced homelessness himself, Marcus brings a valuable perspective as we consider how to think about, speak about, and what to do about homelessness.
