Her firm, Collab Capital, is focused on disrupting the wealth gap in the United States by investing in black-owned businesses and she shares the unique approach to investments that they are taking at Collab Capital as well as the historical discrimination and the wealth gap that makes it difficult for black founders to access the capital they need to build their companies.
