Why We Invested

The alignment came first. Goodwater’s values sit close to our own, and founders Eric Kim and Chi-Hua Chien built the firm around stewardship values that shape how the firm shows up in board rooms. For an endowment built to reflect our mission, that made Goodwater a natural position.
